We have a furnished double room available in a lovely modernised terraced house in Worsborough.

The house has a shared lounge, dining kitchen, a yard, and a front garden with patio area.

Parking is well provided for and there is easy access to the property.

There are great transport links with the house being five mins from J36 of the M1, Dearne Valley Parkway etc. There is also a bus stop very close by.

There are great places to eat, places to visit and shops within walking distance, and it is only a short walk to local beauty spots such as the Worsbrough canal basin and Worsbrough country park.

The room price includes gas, electricity, water and council tax bills.
Internet cost are shared between tenants, and are minimal.

Please note we do not take a deposit, we simply ask for two months rent up front. This covers your first and last month, so on giving notice you do not pay for your final month as you will have paid that at the beginning of the tenancy and there's no waiting for a deposit back, which everyone seems to find really helpful.
