We have a number of double rooms available in this 6 bed house. Some are en-suite, others have a bathroom shared with just one other room. Large, well equipped kitchen.

All bills included…council tax, gas, electric, water, broadband. Cleaner visits every two weeks to clean the communal areas.

All other housemates are working. Each of the rooms are for one person only - no couple or families, due to licensing regulations.

House is an easy walk into Barnsley town centre and has good access to bus routes, shops, motorway etc.

Rent is from £411 a month and deposit is £150. Rooms are available immediately, so you could be moving in within days…contact us to arrange a viewing.
