We have one top floor, double room available in this 6 bed house. It’s a second floor room with a bathroom shared with just one other room. The house has a large, well equipped kitchen.

All bills are included…council tax, gas, electric, water, broadband. Cleaner visits every two weeks to clean the communal areas.

All other housemates are working. Each of the rooms are for one person only - no couple or families, due to licensing regulations.

House is an easy walk into Barnsley town centre and has good access to bus routes, shops, motorway etc.
