Housemates are all male and all are working. This room is for one person only - no couple or families, due to licensing regulations.

The house is an easy walk into Barnsley town centre and has good access to bus routes, shops, motorway etc.

The rent is £495 a month and the deposit is £250. If you’re not working full time, you’ll need a guarantor who is in full time employment.
