We have one top floor, double room available in this 5 bed house with a large, well equipped kitchen and utility room and a separate living room. The room benefits from an en-suite shower room for your exclusive use.

All bills are included…council tax, gas, electric, water, broadband and we provide a regular cleaner for the shared parts of the house.

Housemates are all male and all are working. This room is for one person only - no couple or families, due to licensing regulations.

The house is an easy walk into Barnsley town centre and has good access to bus routes, shops, motorway etc.

The rent is £495 a month and the deposit is £495. If you’re not working full time, you’ll need a guarantor who is in full time employment.
