We also expect everyone to mop the floors and hoover once a week and when needed empty the bins and replace toilet rolls etc

We don’t party we don’t do drugs we don’t have random people coming and going we are respectful we’ve had 70 year olds. Live with us who loved it! One tenant has been with us over 2 years( who’s buying his own house now and the other over 9 months
