Close to Trans Pennine trail, ideal for walking/cycling or simply taking in nature.

I also have a medium sized friendly dog.

The house is on a quite side street which is also a no through road so although there is no private parking, cars can be parked safely on the road.

The house has a small, south facing back yard

I'm looking for someone who pretty easy going, relatively clean and tidy (but not obsessive) and respectful of peoples privacy when needed.
