Double room in family home

Nice double room in a family home...I do have children who stay at weekends. You will have access to whole house or can just use your room...It's up to you. You will also have the main bathroom to yourself as I have my own en-suite. The house is on a nice quite cul de sac road so noise at night is minimal. I am a laid back person who, due to my work commitments, am hardly ever here. Up early and back late. Room is newly decorated and carpeted so looking for someone who will treat the room and house with respect. Don't mind smokers as am a smoker myself but only smoke in garden as have never smoked in house. Monthly rent is negotiable.
