small cosy single room but with open access to all the home and ammenities, full sky package, inc multi room, unlimited broadband, phone with free landline calls, recently modernised inc bathroom modern kitchen fully decorated and carpeted throughout the house, relationship breakdown means i am now on my own in the property and bills as we all no need to be paid, ideally a working or full time student preferred although i am open to other people, please ask, college and hospital very close by , i work 5/6 days a week, keep the house in good order and clean, i also cook a little i can use the washer and iron and love my soaps :-) close to train station with excellent access to sheffield or leeds etc also m1 and a1 motorway network supermarkets gyms and town centre all on the doorstep pretty much, off street parking and gardens ,if it may be of interest then please feel free to get in touch, available as soon as paperwork regarding change of mortgage etc is completed poss 6-8 weeks, reduction for longer term agreement of stay, thankyou for looking
