I have a fully furnished double bedroom available to rent in a mid-terraced property located within a popular area close to Barnsley town centre. There is on-street car parking available to the front of the property and a garden to the rear. The property incorporates a ground floor living room and kitchen / dining room, two double bedrooms at first floor and a large bathroom with separate shower and a study/store room at second floor level. The house is fully furnished with broadband internet. The property is a 5-6 minute walk from Barnsley bus / train station providing good rail links to Leeds, Sheffield and Wakefield.

I am only looking to rent one of the double rooms and the price would be £325 per month inclusive of all bills or £425 for a couple looking for a more flexible and cheaper option than renting a whole property exclusively.

Due to work commitments I have been dividing my time between the property and my partner’s property in Leeds; however, recently I have been spending all of my time in Leeds, therefore the above price would effectively be for the rental of the whole property for the vast majority of the time.
