Double room, lovely house, Barnsley S Yorkshire

Double furnished room available immediately.. Its in a lovely clean new build.. The room has a double bed in it, along with wardrobes and draws. The house has 1 car parking space, however next door do not use theirs so you could use this if needs be, or on street parking is no problem. Whoever gets the room must be clean and tidy, and respect the house and the things within in. It has all just been recently decorated, and has wooden floors throughout the ground floor and I look after it so want someone who will do the same. The other person who you would be living with has been in the house for a couple of years and is very respectful of it, very clean and tidy.. He's not always around so you would have some time with the house to yourself.. Email me with any questions
