Recently refurbished double room, ensuite, in spacious modern house, all mod cons to high spec. Wifi, fast fibre broadband.

We are a sociable bunch who enjoy sharing a meal together and the odd glass of wine. TV nights are common especially if there's something good on. I am ideally looking for someone who is prepare to socialise and join in with the household activities.

Some off street parking, close to the hospital. Wifi. TV point in room

Washing machine, tumble drier fully fitted kitchen which would suit someone who likes to cook
10 mins walk into the town centre and main transport links
