Spacious lovely room with en-suite in modern house

Thank you for looking at our advert to rent a top floor double room with built in wardrobes and en-suite shower room. Our home is a four bedroom semi detached house in a nice cul-de-sac on a modern new build estate surrounded by lovely countryside and walks. We are located on the M1 corridor, one mile from J38 between Wakefield and Barnsley. Ten minutes from Barnsley hospital and easy commute to Leeds, Sheffield, Rotherham, Wakefield, and surrounding areas. There is a railway station ten minutes walk away which serves Leeds, Sheffield, etc. We are a quiet friendly couple who share this large house with a very friendly small dog. Our house has two living rooms, both with Sky HD, Wifi, a large dining kitchen with built in washing machine & dishwasher and a nice sunny garden. There is plenty of parking available. SHORT TERM LETS AVAILABLE ALSO. THE ROOM IS FOR 1 PERSON ONLY. Visitors okay, but overnight by discussion.
