This is a great room with all things included in the price. £370 per calendar month paid on the 1st of every month with a £300 deposit taken.

Returned upon exit when room is cleaned and returned to original state. All Bills are included within the monthly rental (although excessive usage will be chargeable. The person who moves in will need to have a good personality and be a professional person.

You will be sharing with one other, someone who works shifts. The landlord is live out, however regular checks of the property will be done, the property must be kept in a clean and respectful manner.

Anyone found to be disrespecting the property will be asked to leave. References MUST be supplied, no references then you cannot move in. ID will be required.
