Furnished Double Room Close To Town Centre

I'm looking to rent out one of my spare rooms. It is the main bedroom in the house as I have the attic room and there is a 3rd double room on the first floor that I use as a guest room. There is a kitchen with washing machine and American Fridge Freezer, dining room and living room to the ground floor, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom to the 2nd floor and my bedroom in the attic. I work full time Monday to Friday as a purchaser for an electrical goods company. I enjoy cooking, seeing friends and family, going to the cinema, going to the gym and Pilates in my spare time. I am looking to live with someone around the same age and with similar interests. The house is kept clean and tidy and rent would include all bills including internet. I can leave the room furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, bed side drawers and 2 built in cupboards/wardrobes if needed but you would need to bring your own bedding, towels etc. I can also leave in a TV and skybox to watch free view. There is full Sky HD TV with all channels in the living room and I also have broadband. There is a small paved garden to the back of the property. My house is walking distance from Barnsley Town Centre and is close to the M1 for commuters. My house is also fairly close to Barnsley Hospital. Happy to take a Monday-Friday let if suitable. I would want 2 months rent up front as then you're always a month in front and gives me a months notice if you decide to leave.
