Spare room with double bed/sofa/desk/wardrobe

Spare room, in semi-detached house on cul-de-sac. Room is at back of house away from the road, furnished with desk/wardrobe and double bed/sofa but may move this if own bed preferred..

I work standard Monday to Friday so preferably someone who is okay with a bit of noise on a fri/sat night.

I'm an easy going, sociable bloke, but do like to keep a tidy ship most of the time. Enjoy a beer or two and enjoy a laugh so if you take life too seriously please don't apply!

On street parking available, possibility of parking on drive also, there are buses every 10 mins into Barnsley which are a 5 minute walk away and take about 10mins.
