Lodger Wanted!!

Hi,

My name is Michelle and I am a student nurse.
My house, a newly built townhouse is situated in the heart of Barnsley close to all amenities. The town centre is 5 minutes walk and barnsley hospital takes 15 minutes to walk from my house.
The house has two bedrooms one on the ground floor and one on the second floor, both bedrooms have en suite shower rooms. A shared living room/kitchen is on the first floor of the house. There is private parking to the rear of the house.

A lodger that's looking for long term (minimum 6 months) would be suitable, preferably female but not essential, none smoker.

I do have a dog that's 6months old. He's a toy poodle (very small dog) and can't bare to part with him so ideally need a lodger that's an animal lover. He's adorable and very friendly. Just loves cuddles :))

As you can see from my pictures I like to keep a clean home so although I have a dog, my house is clean and does not smell of dog nor does it have an annoying bark ha

As I am a student council tax is except - so all I ask is you pay single person council tax - 25% is deducted off the bill as you'd be classed as a single person. All other bills included in the rent.

I would also ask for a bond and rent up front when moving into the property.
