Dont smoke in house but do smoke out in the garage/garden. 50" TV in living room + PS4, 360, wii, PS3, bluetooth sound system... 3 min walk to Sainsburys/bus stop. 12 min bus to town (every 10 mins supposedly). Get in touch if interested and will meet for a beer or something. Garage big enough to keep motor/bike in + locked. Parking at front of house (in view) or driveway. 1 car on drive already. Would welcome male or female house mate, and pets considered just ask
