First of all I would like to say that I am only looking for TENANTS that are:

No pets
Clean
Polite
Have consideration for others (house mates and neighbours)
No drug users
No alcoholics
TRUST WORTHY!!

I like to set these expectations from the outset as I want everyone to feel happy and comfortable in the house.

The house is in a very quiet and respectable area of Barnsley (Old Town). It is 5 minutes WALK from the HOSPITAL, town centre and has some lovely local pubs a short walk away.

The house has been fully refurbished with 5 double bedrooms.
ALL having ensuite's including power shower, toilet and sink.
ALL having aerial points for tv's.
ALL having their own internet points for an ethernet cable to connect to your wireless router.
WiFi
ALL rooms are fully furnished.
ALL rooms have control over their own heating.
Wardrobe, Large draws, Bedside Draws, Double bed.

There is a communal sitting room with TV and fully functional kitchen.
Washer & Dryer available.
Each room has an allocated and lockable pantry incorporating storage shelves and private fridge freezer.
There is a good sized rear garden that also catches the sun really well.
There's an outside tap that your more than welcome to use when washing your car / bike etc.

Current tenants are all working professionals, ranging from doctors to environmental surveyors.
