Situated in pretty ,quiet rural Penistone ,close to shopping centre ,various cafes resteraunts, pubs & takeaways ,& very good cinema ,which shows wide variety of films, plays, musical evenings etc access to local sports hall & private swimming pool .Close to open countryside & Pennine trail .Situated 15 mins walk to train station & near bus stop for access to Barnsley, Huddersfield & Sheffield. I am looking for an easy going ,friendly person, open to helping keep the house tidy and happy to live peacefully & respectfully of others ,a lovely cat is also a resident so youd need to be a cat lover , I very much look forward to hearing from you.
