I have a double room to let in a detached house in Beauchief, Sheffield. Modern extended kitchen and bathroom, Downstairs shower room, 2 sitting rooms, dining room, conservatory and garden. I have a dog and cat, therefore looking for someone who is an animal lover. I am a young at heart, easy going 72 year old, looking for someone who is also laid back and easy going. The property is very close to amenities such as Graves Park, Chancet Woods and Beauchief Golf Course. Also within walking distance of shops, banks and a good public transport system to the city centre.
