Private garden. Clean, detached modern house in a quiet, cul de sac. There is also a private upstairs lounge. There is shared bathroom (you and one other roommate) with newly fitted shower. There is currently one female (me) one male. This is a lovely home with private garden with garden furniture ready for summer barbecues. Reduction available for the single room if only used Mon- Fri or Fri- Mon.
