hi, i am letting out my double room, it will be shared living room, shared kitchen and bathroom, and i will be living in the property aswell.
smokers welcome as i am a smoker myself. street parking available.
it is a cosy double room with elecric wall heater newly decorated, new mattress on the bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe and brand new double glazing throughout the property.
the house is situated near local shops, 15 minute walk to doncaster town centre. short distance away on york road you have morrisons, pc world, currys, range etc.
i have my grandchildren stopping here on a regular basis during the week and some weekends so a police check will be done on every tenant.
i also have a dog so you must be ok with animals
all bills are included in the rent and wifi is also available in the property.
