The available room is a double room - part furnished and ready to move in (though a couple of days notice would be desirable as I currently have some items in there for storage)
The house itself has an upstairs toilet and downstairs bathroom, living room, landline/broadband, washer/dryer and all the usual. I am happy if any potential housemate would rather do a communal house food shop or if they would like an area to store their own food - special dietary needs would be catered for wherever possible. The house is reasonably clean and tidy, though cluttered as I am at present sorting a large quantity of articles out for sale at car boot sales/flea markets, and am currently reorganising and decorating some areas. I have no preferences regarding pets - would prefer no pets but as an animal lover I am happy to accept pets that are as house trained as their owners :-)
