Short term - large room

Hello future housemate,

We're looking for someone to join our social household in Sheffield. We are currently three people and a dog living here.

And here are some random facts about us. Sameer (39) spends his free time either climbing or planning a climbing trip or planning to plan a climbing trip.
Rohan (25) once bought and sold 7 pairs of skis on marketplace in one year. Julia (28) is currently writing this ad for Sameer because of his lack of writing skills.
Mino (7 or 8) is a labrador mix from Spain who speaks in a Russian accent.

The room that will become available is a single room (see below for double) on the first floor. It is furnished with a mattress, shelf and a chest of drawers. It's a fairly small room but there would be space for a small wardrobe as well. If you would like to, we could organise a bedframe as well unless you prefer to bring your own. There's on-street parking with plenty of spaces to fit your three lamborghinis. We have a shared kitchen, living room, garden and bathroom, which is really annoying because Mino takes ages in the shower.

We are all quite social and outdoorsy people and would love to find someone to go on some adventures with.

Update from Sameer:
The single room is now taken. Ruby (20s) and her cat are the new housemates. In January and February I am planning to be away on a climbing trip :) so my double room in the attic is free for these two months. It is quite a large room with separate macerator toilet, walk in wardrobe, king size bed, huge desk and a sky window with a view of the city lights at night. The window is south facing so the room is light and bright, and also has black out blinds so you can have long lie in's. Rent for this room is £300pcm. Deposit is also £300pcm. Please note rent for couples will be more.
