New house mate required - animal lover only!

Hi! I’m looking for a new housemate. Nice clean and relaxed home. The room is a comfortable garage conversion with a single bed, chest of drawers, triple wardrobe, 2 seater sofa with a small tv and stand. WiFi. Kitchen is 2 yrs old. Electric shower and bath in shared bathroom. We have a large private back garden with fish pond. A dog and kitten live here too. Ben the Romanian Shepherd mainly lives outside. Cleaning is not inclusive so you will be expected to clean shared areas, including the bathroom, unless we get a cleaner in. This can be discussed. I run my dog business from home too.
