Room in quiet area

Spare room in a terraced house next to Charltonbrook park. Very quiet area. Currently has a comfortable single bed but the room easily fits a double bed if you have one. Desk in the photo would be removed.

I work from home full time and go to the office occasionally. I tend to be out a few evenings a week and in & out on weekends. I have a small dog, Poppy, who is very friendly and chilled.

The only bathroom is the en-suite off the main bedroom and this would be a shared bathroom. It’s a bit of a funny layout but whenever friends & family have stayed over we make it work! You must be ok with having shared access through the main bedroom.

On street parking. 1 mile to Chapeltown train station. Short walk to bus stops. Good sized private garden. Shared kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom & converted attic space.

Bills included (except for wood burner fuel in the colder months).
