We have a double room to rent in our home. Myself and my partner are both very relaxed about life and so our house has a "chilled" atmosphere

Our house is a 3 bed , 3 storey semi-detached property, decorated neutrally throughout and a light cream in the room available.

The house is in a quiet estate and the room overlooks a pleasant garden and fields with views to Marr. The rear of the property is not over looked and gets the sun in the morning and through the early afternoon.

The room is around 3m wide by 5m deep and contains a large chest of drawers and a double bed with multiple linen options.

We have a "family" bathroom on the first floor that we would dedicate to your use, making it a very large en suite. It currently has a bath and a shower adapter.

There is a shared lounge with Sky and excellent speed broad band services.

There are shared facilities on the ground floor including a kitchen and a lounge/diner.

My partner and I enjoy walking and enjoy films, technology and computers. We go out in Wombwell and you would be welcome to join us.

Travel time by car to Barnsley is around 15 minutes, 20/25 to Doncaster and 30/40 minutes to Sheffield and we are about 2 miles from Wombwell train station.
