Currently three friendly housemates that enjoy film & gaming nights, pub trips, board games and dnd as well as a large group of friends around sheffield who regularly liven the place up even more. All bills including internet and council tax are covered in the £435 monthly rent and we are open to flexible contracts from short term to long time residents.
