Looking for a housemate to move into the newly refinished rooms in my recently built mid-terrace house with modern living room, kitchen and bathrooms.

The rooms have been completely re-decorated to a high standard.

Divan bed with draws for extra storage
Wardrobe
Draws
Bedside table

This bathroom has a shower fitted above the bath.

Council Tax/Gas/Electricity & Water bills are included in the rent. Any other bills food, phone, cleaning products etc is to be paid by the tenant.

I like to keep the house tidy so rest assured you won't be living in a tip :)

The house has a car park round the back with a secure gate that is locked up most of the time during the day and is locked every night. There is also street parking on the front if needed for visitors with space for 8 cars.

The house has large back garden, which is mostly grass with a footpath to the rear gate and access to the car park.

Ideally looking for people between 18-36 who are easy to get along with.

Easy access to Sheffield City Centre with a bus stop just a few yards down the road, and the Don Valley tram stop about a 7 minute walk from the house.

Very close to the Sheffield Arena/Centertainment and Meadowhall
