Larger than average single room in lovely home

Laid back kind & considerate landlady looking for a new roommate, The room available is a larger than average single room, it's furnished with a bed, bedside drawers, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and small desk, you would be living with myself (I work part time in retail ) and my other lodger Somesh who is a structural engineer and our cat Fifi who is currently unemployed and enjoys sleeping for 19hrs a day! We are looking for a friendly considerate and respectful person who cleans up after themselves.
The living room, kitchen & bathroom are shared( we have a cleaner every 2 weeks for the communal areas) there is a cellar if extra storage is required. Also there is plenty of parking on the street & we have a good sized flag stoned area to the rear of the house with potted plants & bird feeders. .
