Attic room for rent

Laid back kind & considerate landlady looking for a new housemate, my previous lodger is moving on after being with me 7 months. The room will be available on 2nd of April and is the attic room ( bed linen can be provided if required ), it's furnished with a double bed & bedside drawers, double wardrobe, chest of drawers & has a TV , there is also a desk & chair. The living room, kitchen & bathroom are shared, there is a cellar if extra storage is required. Also there is plenty of parking on the street & we have a good sized flag stoned area to the rear of the house with potted plants & bird feeders. You will be sharing with myself & my other lodger Phil, we both work full time, if you are interested in a relaxed place to call your home then give me a call.
