This house was originally bought and renovated to give our daughter a base whilst working at the hospital. We are Private landlords who carefully select all house guests to ensure a pleasant and clean environment is maintained for all. Cleaning of all communal areas is carried out on a regular basis.

Our rooms are finished to the highest possible standard all with their OWN EN SUITE and kitchen style storage. The rooms come complete with the standard wardrobes, drawers, bedside cabinets etc that you would normally expect but we also try to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible with extra's such as data points, black out blinds and a double ottoman storage bed for all those inevitable bulky items you normally struggle to find somewhere to store!

We have a SPACIOUS FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN which is a lovely communal space complete with table, seating and flat screen TV. There are dedicated storage cupboards, fridge and freezer space for each house guest. The kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery, glassware, pans, cutlery, iron, ironing board along with a new washing machine. If you find it short of anything you just need to let us know.

There is an ENCLOSED COURTYARD accessed by patio doors from the kitchen to the rear of the property which you are more than welcome to use.

There is also an out building which is suitable for BIKE STORAGE should it be required.

We are LICENSED AND FULLY COMPLIANT with local authority regulations ensuring large room sizes and quality of property throughout. There is a full grade A fire alarm system, fire doors and emergency lighting system for the safety of all house guests.

ALL BILLS are included which covers electricity, gas, water, council tax, TV licence and unlimited high speed fibre optic broadband. Wifi throughout the property with data outlets and TV points in every room for the provision of your own networked TV services.

THE PROPERTY consists of four oversized double rooms, one large double room and a stunning one bedroomed self contained studio, which in itself consists of a lounge, kitchenette, bedroom, ensuite and walk in wardrobe.
