The garden has a small patio area and deck chairs, during the last two summers it's found itself to be a proper daytime and evening sun trap! I will continue to maintain the front and rear garden throughout the year.
The house is over 3 storeys, with the bedroom to rent being on the 2nd floor, it's a great size, with a lovely ensuite, loads of storage provided with high quality furniture! It's a very light bright house, always warm in winter, if the house becomes cold, I'd urge anyone to turn the heating up, because I know I would!
I'm after a professional, who will be tidy, and care for the house as if it was their own. I want you to feel completely at home here, free to use whatever is in the house, and be comfortable more then anything! My current tenant is a professional, he is regularly away seeing his family on weekends, he's good company, utilising local running clubs and a gym.
