To make your live easier all bills are included in the rent, so you don't need to worry about the extra hassle in setting your utilities up and ist it great with the cost of living going up that your landlord takes care of the bills. Broadband and a Cleaner every 2 weeks are also free of charge.

The house itself is very quiet and organized, the other tenants are working all hours and look after the property as it would be there own.
