Double Room - Mon to Fri

A fantastic double room available for a lodger who is working in the region or local area.
It's a clean and tidy house with French Doors opening on to large south facing garden. 5 minutes walk to the River Don. A stones throw from the M18 motorway situated on the A1(M). The house is also on three separate bus routes to both the Town Centre and the mainline Doncaster Train Station (both about 4-5 minutes by bus).

We have Virgin Media, Broadband and WiFi access available.

Theres plenty of cupboard space and fridge space for food as we have a very tall larder fridge so you can store your food, the bathroom has been recently decorated, there's a downstairs loo as well with wash basic and cabinet. I'm also installing a tall freezer with seven draws in it to store any of your favourite frozen food you may need to keep.

Had a number of people lodge with me from all over the country including a local Zoo Keeper and have had people lodge from Canada and France to. It's generally a good all-round experience. If you need a bit more info, do get in touch.

Washing Machine, Microwave, Cooker and other appliances - toaster, kettle, all the cutlery, plates, pots and pans are already here.

It's more than a room. It's use of the house and to use the house as your home, although it would suit Monday to Friday too.

The room itself has a good sized wardrobe and would suit a working person. It has a double bed, two bedside cabinets and a large tall boy chest of drawers, with plenty of room underneath the bed also. The room is warm, has good curtains and it has blinds inside the window.

The room is well decorated and very clean and tidy. There is a full length mirror in the room. You are very welcome to put up your own wall hangings / pictures or use the ones that are there.

With regards to the basic bit about paying. The room is £ 300 monthly and the security deposit (bond) is £ 200. The money for the room is due on the day you move in, and that repeats on the same day each month. I know it can be messy moving around and it's okay to pay by online banking, bank transfer, standing order or cash - whatever is easiest for you.

As regards the bond, this is payable with your rent on the day you move in and will be returned to you after I've checked the room over when you have vacated and is just a little bit of security on my part. All I ask for you to agree to is giving me a months notice period on the final day you pay your rent.
