Doncaster Lakeside location. Not a HMO

Hi everyone,

Looking for a lodger, preferably a woman. I am female, 43 y. o., often away with work.

The house is located on a quiet estate in Lakeside with lovely neighbours and plenty or green spaces. It is 5 minutes' walk from the restaurants, the lake, bowling alley, ASDA and the Dome. 15 minutes' walk to the stadium and Lakeside Village.

Several bus stops nearby with direct routes to Doncaster town centre, Bawtry, Rossington, Hayfield/Airport, iPort / Amazon warehouse, Lakeside village outlet, Balby etc.

You will occupy a cosy double en-suite bedroom on the first floor which has lots of storage. You will also have use of a large smart TV, vacuum cleaner, iron/ironing board, washing machine, all kitchen utensils, garage for items storage, garden and the driveway if you have a car.

Overnight guests are permitted for up to four nights per month, included in the monthly rent. Stays exceeding this allowance will require a small contribution toward additional utility costs, to be agreed upon in advance.
