Large private double ensuite room on own floor.

I live in a new build 3 storey home in Balby, Doncaster. I am a live in landlord, I live on my own and I am wanting to rent out the top floor which is like a studio room, it’s a really big size room and also within the room is its own ensuite shower room which again is a really big size! The room has high ceilings a big window to look out and is nice and quiet. It is very modern with light grey carpet and white walls. The room has a double wardrobe in, I can provide a bed or the person can bring their own. I have good WIFI. All bills to be included. The live in landlord is friendly and easy to get along with.
