The house:
We're a settled, quiet household and get on brilliantly with our neighbours. The house has a large back garden and a spacious front garden with off-road parking for a car. There's a large living room with a Netflix account included - great for relaxing evenings in.

Who you'll be living with:
Two other housemates, both quiet and friendly, plus the landlord who also lives in the house. We're a calm, respectful household and looking for someone with a similarly quiet, easy-going nature to fit right in.

Pets:
We have a small, friendly Springer Spaniel and a cat - so this room would suit someone who's comfortable living alongside pets.
