Hello potential housemate

Im a 47yo female professional who often works away from home.

I have a double room available in my two bedroom house in Doncaster. 20 mins walk from the station and town centre or many buses available. The room can either be unfurnished, so you can bring your own furniture, or I can get the room furnished for you. My furnishings are currently in storage so if you have more furniture that you would like to bring with you we can discuss as I havent moved everything in yet. Or if you have nothing thats ok too and i will furnish with my stuff. All bills, inc Wifi and council tax included.

Im looking for a working, non smoker who is neat and tidy. The house is small but I will hardly be home so most of the time you will have the house to yourself. Perfect for those that want to feel more like they are living in a home and not a share house, and those that dont want to live in a HMO or a busy chaotic environment cleaning up after others. I just ask that you are able to water the plants and put the rubbish out while i am away.

You are most likely around my age, working and value your own time and peace and calm. The house is currently pet free but if you have a cat it is welcome as long as it is house trained and you clean after it. Sorry, as much as i love dogs the house really isnt big enough for them.

All religions, LGTBQ+, Vegan/Veggie welcome. While im none of these i am pretty open and respectful of those that are.
