Large three storey house in the conservation village of Old Cantley. Close to motorway networks, town, shopping and retail park - yet rural.
There is plenty of off road
parking. My husband and I sleep and have our bathrooms and dressing rooms on the top floor and so this affords privacy for all. I have a further 3 rooms but only rent two. Both have large kingsize beds and plenty of wardrobes.
One room has a designer shower ensuite and the other has its own (although not ensuite is a huge designer bathroom).
The non ensuite is available now.
I prefer to only offer Monday to Friday lodgings, the cleaning, bedding and towels are laundered each week - ideal for people who are working midweek and go home at weekends. I provide tea, coffee too.
We like a nice happy relaxed house and so our house is a good place to stay.
The ensuite room is £500 pcm
And the non ensuite is £400 for Monday to Friday.
