Seeking Lodger

I'm a female , who owns my own 4 bed property on nice estate. I have a furnished & very clean double bedded room available, for rent. Room has built in double wardrobe, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers & chair There is a bathroom with bath & shower, which you would share with 1 other lodger I already have. He is very clean & tidy. . I use, my own en suite. . There is a separate sitting room with TV, for use by my lodgers only. The house has garden, conservatory with TV & parking on driveway... Looking for a responsible person, who needs a peaceful house to come home to, after a working day & find their privacy is respected.
