With its own separate WC/shower, the room is well separated from the other bedrooms and living accommodation. The room is 10 x 11 feet, with a double bed, desk and shelves, chest of drawers and a chair. There are also large built-in wardrobes. Very light and airy, the full-width floor to ceiling windows open onto a walled and sheltered courtyard garden.

The house was built in the late 1960s and is furnished and decorated in period. You’ll be sharing a very large open plan living space – the sitting room, dining room and kitchen. All open onto a large conservatory which, in turn, opens onto the large garden. It’s a comfortable, interesting, architect designed and listed home.

There is limited off road parking, preferably for a smaller car.

I’d be happy to share my home with a mature professional non-smoker, who enjoys life and will be happy to live with my two friendly cats.
