Graduate to share a fantastic house in lovely area.

We have a very large double room (with lots storage) available at £490/month. (20th October)

The house is situated in the wonderful area of Town Moor next to the park.

The house is very large with a separate lounge, utility room, downstairs toilet and shower and fitted dining kitchen.

The rooms are fully furnished (including desk).

All bills are included and we have a cleaner who cleans the bathrooms and kitchen once a week.

There is a paved garden at the back of the house.

The house is very close to the hospital (ten minute walk)and not far from town and has bus stops and local facilities nearby.

We have two other houses in close proximity that provide the opportunity for socialising and meeting new people. If you are new to Doncaster and want to build a social life, then this is the place for you.

All housemates are employed professionals, who were originally all new to Doncaster. They are in their 20s and are Teachers, Dieticians, Engineers, OTs, Designers, Doctors, Pharmacists, language assistants etc.

The Landlord and Landlady are fantastic. (Well we would say that). We have both lived in shared houses ourselves and therefore like to think we know what makes for a good house share. We are proactive, attentive, will not tie you into anything more than one months notice.

You do need to meet the other housemates before moving in. They are usually around in the early evening and only occasionally on weekends so if you are only visiting Doncaster for the day, please plan accordingly. Failing that, we can always use zoom or WhatsApp
