Young Graduates Required

We specialise in shared accommodation for young graduates and language assistants and are looking for a housemate for our newly refurbished five bedroomed house.

We have one standard double available at £405/month.

All bills and weekly cleaner are included in the price.

The house is a five minute walk from the hospital, a twenty minute walk from town and there is a bus stop just around the corner. There are shops and amenities nearby, and it is only a short walk to The Cumberland!! (pub)
All housemates are graduates and professionals.

We let our current housemates choose who moves in so stick closely to the profile detailed in this ad.

We do take language assistants and occasionally placement students. Current housemates are originally all new to Doncaster, are in their 20s and many are Teachers, Dieticians, Engineers, Yorkshire Wildlife Park Rangers, language Assistants, Interns at Potteric Carr, OTs, Designers, Doctors, Pharmacists and other professions.
All rooms have a wardrobe, drawers and a desk.
The house has a very large lounge, large fitted kitchen and utility room suitable for bike storage.
We have two other shared properties in the area. The housemates tend to socialise together. If you are new to the area and want to build a social life, then this is the place for you!
The housemates will want to meet you before you move in. Viewings tend to be in the evenings when they are back from work. We also use Zoom and Teams when necessary.
The Landlord and Landlady are fantastic. (Well we would say that). We have both lived in shared houses ourselves and therefore like to think we know what makes for a good shared house. We are proactive, attentive, will not tie you into anything more than a one month notice period.
