Large double room in Bennetthorpe

Fully furnished double room offered. It is warm, private and has its own tv. We are a friendly household of two males and one female who would like to share with a professional of similar kind. Smoking is restricted to the conservatory. The communal areas are modern and well equipped.
There are two bathrooms however one is used exclusively by the live in landlords. The communal bathroom has a p shaped bath and quality shower which is shared by the other occupants.
All bills included and there is virgin fast wifi. There is plenty of on street parking.
