Young Graduates

We are looking for a graduate for our house share in the wonderful area of Town Moor. ( we will take placement students over the summer)

We have a double room and a single room available in early June.

All the rooms are fully furnished and include, bed, desk, chest of drawers and wardrobes. This particular room as a very large walk in wardrobe with lots of storage.

The house itself is in a fantastic location situated on the edge of the park, close the Doncaster Royal Infirmary in Town Moor.

The house is very large with a lounge, utility room, downstairs toilet and shower and a large kitchen.

There is a paved garden at the back . Very bbq friendly!

The house is five minutes walk to the hospital and not far from town and has bus stops and local facilities nearby.

We have two other houses in close proximity that provide the opportunity for socialising and meeting new people. If you are new to Doncaster and want to build a social life by meeting fourteen other graduates then this is the place for you.

All housemates are professionals. Current housemates are originally all new to Doncaster, are in their 20s and are Teachers, Dieticians, Engineers, OTs, Designers, Doctors, Pharmacists, language assistants etc.

The Landlord and Landlady are fantastic. (Well we would say that). We have both lived in shared houses ourselves and therefore like to think we know what makes for a good house share. We are proactive, attentive, will not tie you into anything more than one months notice.

You do need to meet the other housemates before moving in. They are usually around in the early evening and only occasionally on weekends so if you are only visiting Doncaster for the day, please plan accordingly. Failing that, we can always use Skype or Zoom.
