Comfortable double room to rent in furnished house. Room fully furnished. The whole house is yours minus two rooms Upstairs I will use as storage as we will be in Australia. Bills will therefere include water , internet , and council tax . You will have to cover the other usage yourself

This is our family home but we will be spending time over in Australia for a while so we are renting out just one room but you will have the whole house to yourself. .

The house is situated ten minutes bus ride from the town centre and is around the corner from a large Tesco store, pub and cafe. The street is quiet with families living.

The house has a garage and garden and you will have the whole house to yourself
