Double room available with working professional and her dog. Looking for a working professional to rent out the second room in my 3-bed house.

Only one other housemate with access to living and dining space, kitchen, newly renovated bathroom and possibly home office and dressing room. Large secure rear garden and off-road parking for small vehicle.

In a village with great country walks, local pubs and other amenities. Easy access to M1 and A1 and a 3 minute to the train station where you can be in Sheffield within 20 minutes, Barnsley in 10 minutes and Leeds, Wakefield and Huddersfield within the hour.

Looking for someone with similar interest, who is easy going, clean and tidy.
