Looking for a house mate.....

Looking to rent a double room out in my bungalow, clean tidy and spacious. Ideally want a mon-fri house mate but am willing for full time for right person. Room can be furnished or unfurnished, all bills included. I’m a 30 year old male but not a party animal those days are long gone, I work away a lot so just come and go as I please so house mate would have run of the house a lot of the time but nature of my job varies.
