Room available in home from home

Hello! We're Tom and Lydia. We live in a 7 bed detached house in Fulwood. We have 3 young boys and a dog. Lydia is an accountant and Tom is a builder. We've had lodgers for a number of years and our current lodger is due to move out in August. We're looking for someone to rent the room. We're looking for someone who might be after a home from home type place. We like to be tidy (as much as is possible with 3 little ones!) and we're happy to be sociable or to keep to ourselves, whatever is preferred! We have a garden and there is on road parking. We live about a 7 minutes walk to the 120/83 bus route and a 10 mins walk from a Tesco express/co-op & village shops. We have a large open plan kitchen and two living areas. The room to rent is a large double room and has use of the family bathroom. As we have our own ensuite, except for bathtime for the boys, we don't often use it. We have a cleaner that comes weekly to clean the communal areas and bathrooms.
